November is epilepsy awareness month. As the month is coming to an end, I wanted to share with you what epileptic dogs are like:
Many people worry that epilepsy is a death sentence for their dog. It’s not. There are many treatment options available that will allow your dog to live a happy and long life. There is also plenty of help and support available to those who chose to reach out. The Canine Epilepsy Resource Center is a great place to start.

Thank you, Ann! I really want people to know that epilepsy doesn’t take anything away from a dog ๐

From Gibson and I, thank you for sharing this important message about how wonderful and loving Epi-dogs are and how they can live full, normal lives. And we look forward to Rocco’s story and some of his wonderful photos for our inclusion in our book!
